How I Got Here

You have probably come to this page to know what I do and whether I am someone you can trust with a decision that matters. Before I set down the titles and the roles, there is something I would rather you know first, which is that whatever standing I have now was built slowly and at some cost.

When I came to Hyderabad twenty-five years ago I had no background in real estate and no one in the family who had ever done it, and like most who enter this field I began simply by chasing the money. The business grew and the years were good, until the 2008 recession arrived and I watched clients of my own lose their savings to projects that stalled and never finished, and it took me a long time to come out from under the weight of that.

I had every reason to leave the work after it, but I stayed, because I had come to understand that the task was never to move square feet but to safeguard the decision on which a family had staked its whole life.

That is still the heart of what I do. I sit with people and counsel them plainly on whether to buy at all, what to buy, which developer to trust and how much to commit, and the part that matters most is naming the risk that lies beneath the polish of a deal. If any of that is useful to you, then this page has done its work.

Alma Mater

XLRI Jamshedpur

I am a postgraduate in business management from XLRI Jamshedpur and I owe it more than a degree. It gave me a purpose I still try to live by, to work for the greater good and not only for the next gain. It taught me to understand people before I judge them and to treat a problem as something to be solved rather than feared. Above all it taught me to stand on my own and think for myself even when following would have been easier.

“Many institutions teach you, but only a few shape your character and build your future. XL is one of those rare institutions.”

Hard Lessons
Life taught me

01

Keep learning because life never stops teaching.

02

There are no free lunches, Life is all about Trade-off’s.

03

None of us is as smart as all of us.

04

A quick burst can win you a sprint not a marathon.

05

Goodwill can earn you money, money cannot buy you Goodwill.

06

Running away from a problem only increases the distance from the solution.

07

Never regret doing the right thing

08

Embrace mistakes as discoveries but never repeat the mistake.

09

Be an honest sinner than being a hypocrite.

10

If you can’t value yourself don’t expect others to respect you.

11

If someone treats you like an option leave him like a choice.

12

Be You.
